I booked a week's yoga retreat with Christina in Marrakesh and it was beyond my expectations. I had never been on a yoga retreat before but the Riad we stayed in, the delicious food we were served and the yoga were all amazing. If you haven't attempted a yoga retreat before then this is the one to go on. It was fabulous. Such a relaxing time, in a beautiful house, in a beautiful city with a super yoga coach. Christina couldn't have done more to make us all feel welcome.

I’ve been practicing yoga with Cristina for about three years now. She is the kind of teacher one can only become after living and breathing the practice and ethos of yoga for many years. Her classes are soothing and relaxing, yet your body gets a good workout and your mind becomes calm and focused. I also love her classes because the entire experience is like meditation: her adjustments are gentle and welcome; her instruction is clear and helpful; and there is no judgement – i.e. the student is supported to go at whatever pace they choose. I recently went on a three-day yoga and massage retreat in the green hills of Umbria at a “sanctuary” called Caimeli. Cristina taught yoga and her friend Gregorio did the massage. The man who owned the sanctuary was an amazing chef and we ate wholesome, local, seasonal food three times a day. The whole experience was like heaven on earth. Nourishing yoga with my favourite teacher, relaxing massage to sooth and align my body, and food to die for. In the breaks, we would go for walks, lie in the sun, chat and read books. Cristina went to extra lengths to make sure everyone was looked after and I can’t wait to join her on the next retreat.

My yoga retreat at the Sunctuary in Caimeli was a surprising experience. When I returned home, I had the sensation that something changed in my life. My body reactivated, my mind was empty and “toned up”, and a new awareness appeared : the need of regularly practicing yoga.
Cristina is not only an excellent teacher, she also embodies yoga values. She has the presence of a spiritual guide. Her voice lingers inside me and continues exercising her mystical power over me.
Sharing a class with her, allowed me to get in touch with something really deep inside me. I took her 2 hour Vinyasa Flow Yoga sessions without even noticing the flow of time. Thanks Cristina! And thanks to the Sanctuary in Caimeli, a breathtaking place in the silent green nature in Umbria. I experienced an excellent and sublime quality of life, company, and air. Incredible and amazing!

First of all, would like to thank you for having me in your Yoga retreat in Florence, Italy.
It was a unique and a very interesting experience; as a Yoga teacher Cristina is very professional and pay attention to the attendees' needs and requests. On a personal level, I was so lucky to meet her and exchange such deep and spiritual conversations. She is very inspiring welcoming, giving and positive all the time.During and after the retreat, I really felt so energized and full of positive energy, more focusing and in shape. The schedule was really amazing, because it combined more than one interesting activity, Yoga and meditation of course as well as the nice sights of the city, the lovely long walks and for sure the amazing food which really boosts the mood a lot. Florence is really an interesting and lovely city, very cozy and alive specially on that time of the year(End of April, beginning of May). I was really happy that everything on the retreat schedule was fulfilled with a high sense of punctuality. Overall it was one of the best things I have experienced.. The Yoga and meditation classes, meeting new friends, enjoy Florence which is more like an open air museum and the tasty food. And of course am willing to repeat it again.

This yoga retreat in Italy has been one of the best times of my life. It was an incredible experience as well as meeting Cristina. She is an amazing human being and yoga instructor. From the moment I met her I felt a connection and a beautiful energy. She is great at what she does and I feel so blessed to have had the opportunity to experience this with her and not to mention in FLORENCE ITALY! It was one of the best gifts I have ever given myself. I highly recommend it! I reconnected with my mind, body, and soul through the different yoga practices and meditation that were offered. The food was unbelievable and I loved exploring the city! I look forward to repeating this experience in the future. Namaste!

I went to Florence in September 2014 together with my friend Hanne on a first time yoga retreat - and to try yoga for the very first time:-)
I had 4 super days in the pleasant company of Christina and Andrea! Of course the Italian food and wine was good - that was to be expected - but yoga was a whole new experience for me and I really enjoyed it. I have started taking yoga classes home in Denmark and I think back of Florence with warm feelings. Thank you Christina for making it such a good experience! ... and the Italian cooking class was also fantastic - I make the tomato sauce often for my own special vegatarian lasagne:)
