Our Yoga Retreat
Our Yoga retreat will focus on recharging our body, mind, and soul thanks to yoga, mental and physical movement, beauty, and great human achievements in art, architecture, and culture. We will experience relaxation, peace, positivity, creative energy, and inspiration. We will live for a few days in the centre of Florence and enhance our power of observation, our senses, and our perceptions, and strengthen our body and mind. We will meditate and use the breath of life, pranayama, as a magic beneficial tool. We will learn how to be light and shining human beings. We will become flexible and radiant bodies, minds, and souls thanks to the rhythmical flow of Vinyasa yoga, while immersed in marvelous beauties. We will also wander through the ancient centre of Florence, visit famous locations, and learn how to admire and be inspired by the positive greatness of human beings. We will enter the mysterious and magic world of Mediterranean and Italian food culture and analyze the secrets of Italian longevity and diet.
